After the excitement of the night before I expected the kids to be awake early.... E woke up around 6ish but waited patiently in his room until the rest of us got up at 7.30am!! I can't believe he didn't even sneak a peak!!
As you can see from this photo he was sooo excited!! I managed to catch this photo of him with both feet off the ground!! Ahh to be a kid again!!
After opening a few presents it was time for Christmas breakfast with Gran & Pa.... croissants, bacon, eggs, pancakes... yum!
Then it was time to open some more presents.
We spent the rest of Christmas day taking toys out of packages and assembling Ella's new three storey Barbie house!!
At 4pm it was time to go to Gran & Pa's for you guessed it... more presents!!
My cousin Amanda and her husband Tim drove from Warrnambool to join us for Christmas dinner. It was so nice to see them! Tim was telling us how it didn't seem like Christmas because back home Christmas means lots of snow!!
We finished off the day with a lovely dinner made by Gran.
