Ashcombe Maze

Friday's outing (yes another one!!) was to Ashcombe Maze. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us - it was warm & muggy when we left home but 5 mins after we got there it started raining!! We didn't let some rain worry us though - luckily there were lots of trees to hide under!!

The gardens & lakes there were just gorgeous.



We stopped at the Cafe (to avoid a shower!) and had some fresh scones with jam and cream for afternoon tea - delish!

Poor E - Ella accidently scratched in on his chin just as we were leaving home and he insisted on a band aid as you can see from this photo we only had big ones!!
